Attorney Robert L. Lambert, Jr. is a native of Gadsden, AL. He received his undergraduate degree in Government and English from the University of Texas at Austin in 1987 where he received recognition for his creative writing ability. Wanda Mowery, RN, BSN

Elder Care Coordinator

Wanda’s passion has always been in advocacy for seniors by assisting them in identifying the appropriate resources to help meet their needs.  With over 26 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, she brings a wealth of experience in health assessments and long term care planning, including care coordination, long term care, home health, and behavioral health care. Kathy Hadden, RN

Elder Care Coordinator

Kathy is originally from Augusta, GA and relocated to Southwest Georgia in 2000 when her husband, Dr. Gary Hadden, was called to pastor a local church. Kathy earned her degree in nursing from Darton College in 2007. She has spent her career as a critical care and recovery room nurse.

Kathy’s experience has afforded her the opportunity to work with people of all ages and health concerns.  Kathy has a heart for helping others and desires to use her gifts and abilities as an Elder Care Coordinator.  Read More About Kathy.


 Mary Spivey

Seminar Director

Mary was born and raised in South Georgia. She and her husband of 42 years have six children and seven grandchildren.  She retired from the Lowndes County Board of Education after 13 years of service, where she was a para-professional specializing in special education.  When she is not working putting together our estate planning seminars, she enjoys bike riding, reading and spending time with her children and grandchildren. 



Michelle Lambert Culberson

Office Administrator / Client Coordinator

Michelle Lambert Culberson joined our team in December 2016 as Seminar Director and Trust Funding Administrator and currently is the Business Office Administrator and Client Coordinator for the practice. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from her previous office manager positions and has extensive experience in customer service, executing and managing legal documents and event planning. Read More About Michelle.


Marcy Morgan

Senior Legal Assistant / Trust Funding Administrator

Marcy works closely with all our clients assisting them with trust documents, drafting deeds and trust funding.  She is often one of the first people in the office a client will work with to compile information required for their trust, wills and other documents, as well as helping them with funding their newly established trust.  Read More About Marcy.



Shirley Dodson

Executive Legal Assistant

Shirley is a fifth-generation native Texan who grew up in Austin, and now lives in Round Rock, Texas.  Shirley recently retired after working over 40 years as an administrative and legal assistant for large law firms in Austin. Read More About Shirley.


Amber Rigdon

Junior Administrative Assistant

Amber provides administrative support to our Senior and Executive Legal Assistants, and is primarily involved in planning, scheduling and administering our seminars and workshops. Amber plays a crucial part in keeping our clients’ files organized.

Amber was born and raised in Valdosta, Georgia. She currently attends Thomas University and is working toward her degree in Early Childhood Education. Her hobbies include coaching her young soccer team and spending time traveling with her husband.


Hannah Lambert

Technology Coordinator

Hannah Lambert serves as our Chief Ambassador and Technology Coordinator. She is a great addition to our team, and assists with any technology questions or problems that arise. Catherine Marino

Elder Care Coordinator

Catherine is originally from Baltimore, Maryland and relocated to Hahira, Georgia in 2018 since her son and daughter-in-law were living there working for United States Air Force.  Catherine worked in Baltimore as a legal secretary out of high school for one year, due to her parents requiring her to take business courses and not academics in high school. Catherine left her state of Maryland secretarial job to work in Nuclear Medicine.  Read More About Catherine.
